Tim Gleason is a proud Lake View, NY native and a 1999 graduate of Frontier High School. He earned his degree in Business Administration from Erie Community College in 2002.

Tim's career began in the banking industry with M&T Bank, where he spent 18 successful years honing his financial expertise. In 2017, Tim made a significant career shift, leveraging his extensive banking experience to enter the real estate market. He obtained his real estate salesperson license and quickly established himself as a trusted agent.

After five years of dedicated service as a real estate agent, Tim sought to further enhance his ability to serve his clients. He earned his mortgage loan officer license and joined the esteemed team at Nickel City Funding, Inc. Tim regards this move as the best decision of his career, allowing him to provide comprehensive financial solutions to his clients.
